In order to validate the account, an OTP will be sent to the contact number provided by you. Upon entering the OTP, the account shall be registered.

a) Data created by your activities on our platforms such as posting an item for sale or responding to a listing, including but not limited to photos, descriptions, price information etc.

b) Information you choose to provide to other users while using the chat feature for communication with them through the platforms.

c) Transactional history about your e-commerce activities, purchase behaviour and related information. This does not include your banking history or details.

d) Security-related information such as mobile number, password and email address used by you in our platforms.

1. Device Information: device-specific information such as operating system version, unique identifiers will be collected and associated with your RealOxy account.

2. Location information: based on the device permissions granted by you, the information about your actual location will be automatically collected and processed when you post anything on our platform. Technologies such as IP address, GPS, Wi-Fi access points etc. will be used to determine your location. The location information also allows you to see other posts nearby to you over the platform. The location information may be collected only upon receiving access to location permission from you.

3. Other information collected and processed: We may also collect other information and documents, including but not limited to:

a) Usage data on how you use the services provided by us.

b) Third-party data such as data available in the public domain or received from any third party, including social media channels, including but not limited to personal or nonpersonal information from your linked social media channels (like name, email address, friend list, profile pictures or any other information that is permitted to be received as per your account settings) as a part of your account information.

Location: This permission enables us to give you relevant posts on the platforms, which is nearby your location

SMS and Phone: This permission allows us to access your SMS so as to send you OTP for verification/authentication purposes.

Media/Files: These permissions will be used to access images for uploading them to the platform while you are posting an ad. The libraries in the app also use these permissions to save and cache images and document data for your ease and faster use of the app while you browse with us the next time. By saving image and document data locally, your phone doesn't need to re-download the same every time you use the app.

Notifications: If you opt-in for notifications, it enables us to send across exclusive deals, promotional offers, etc., on your device.

Kindly note that personal data shared with RealOxy shall be primarily collected and processed in India and other jurisdictions where a third party engaged by us may process your data on our behalf. The data protection regulations in India or other jurisdictions mentioned above may differ from those of your country of residence.
